You must RSVP to Bree to attend these clinics. This will ensure that we have enough coaches at the clinic and she will send a reminder email to those who have RSVP’d with any last minute details and confirmation of meeting location a few days before the clinic.

This will be a clinic to practice setting up a transition area and transitioning between sports. You will be cycling and running/walking. Please bring all equipment/clothing for cycling and running that you think you will use in a race. Please also bring water and a snack. The clinics will start promptly at 1100. Please arrive early enough to allow time for unloading your bike, putting air in the tires, using the bathroom, etc. Please make sure your bike is safe to ride and functioning properly before you arrive – we will not have anyone that can do bike maintenance at the clinic. Remember to bring your helmet. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO RIDE WITHOUT A HELMET.
You must RSVP for this event. An email with any changes, final instructions, directions to the reservoir and our meeting place will be 2-3 days before the clinic.
